Larry Mandlsohn, Broker of Record of First Optimum has over four decades of experience in the real estate industry – both as a broker and a manager.
Larry started his real estate career in 1978 as a sales representative and progressed to becoming a broker in 1982. Over the course of his career Larry also served on the Ethics Committee of the Toronto Real Estate Board for six years, was a vice-chair of TREB’s Professional Standards Committee for two years, and was on the Board of Directors and a chair of the Membership Committee for the York Region Real Estate Board.
Since the start of his career, Larry has serviced thousands of clients and managed thousands of agents from all major brands including RE/MAX, Royal LePage, Century 21, HomeLife and Coldwell Banker, overseeing tens of thousands of real estate transactions.
Larry specializes in applying his expertise and extensive market knowledge to help his agents consistently exceed their professional goals.
